• All goods come with a 21 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 21 days from the dispatch date and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (P&P costs are non refundable).
  Returns conditions:
  1. Goods MUST BE unused, unwashed, unworn and in proper resaleable condition (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
  2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
  3. Goods must be received back at our office within 21 days from the day of dispatch.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

Please note that where goods have been purchased where the postage and packaging is free, the refund shall be less the P&P cost. If any free gifts that came with your order are not returned, the value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due.

5. All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to reshipping charges. This includes orders that orginally had free shipping.


6. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to whydenyyourself.com within 3 days of the delivery date. All goods are supplied with a 30 day fault warranty (faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refund once outside of our 21 day satisfaction guarantee).

8. WhyDenyYourself.com cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.
